Do you provide travel vaccinations?
Yes, we provide a range of travel vaccinations to help keep you protected when travelling overseas. Please book an appointment in advance so we can review your destination and recommend the appropriate vaccines.

We’re pleased to let you know that two of your GPs speak additional languages:

  • Dr Saif Alkadhi – also speaks Arabic
  • Dr Vui Lee – also speaks Mandarin

If you would prefer to consult with a GP who speaks one of these languages, please let our reception team know when booking your appointment.

The practice is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm. We are closed Sundays.

We welcome patients at Newcastle Medical Hub by appointment. Booking ahead helps us provide you with the best care possible.
We encourage you to book with your regular doctor whenever you visit Newcastle Medical Hub, so you can receive consistent, personalised care.

If your usual doctor isn’t available, our team will offer you an appointment with another GP at the practice. Please note that some doctors currently have closed books and are not accepting new patients.

When you make a booking, you’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our new patient registration form. You will also receive a link to enter your card details for payment. No funds are taken from the card until you have completed your consultation. Please note you have 90 minutes to complete this before your appointment is deleted.

If you’re unable to complete this form before your appointment, please bring your Medicare card, any current concession card, a list of your medications, and any other information relevant to your visit.

Please note that payment is required at the time of your consultation.

Telehealth appointments are available at Newcastle Medical Hub in accordance with Medicare guidelines.

These consultations are limited to situations that do not require a physical examination.

If an examination is necessary, your doctor will ask you to attend the practice in person.

If you need a longer appointment, please let our reception team know when you book. Longer consultations have a higher consultation fee, but you may also be eligible for a higher Medicare rebate.
