First Visit Information
For your first appointment, please arrive a few minutes early and bring:

A valid Medicare card (if you have one)

Concession cards (if applicable)

Any relevant medical history or referral letters
WorkCover patients should provide claim details within 48 hours of booking. If you need interpreter services, please notify reception in advance.
Medicare & Fees
New Castle Medical Hub offers Medicare rebates for eligible patients. Concession card holders and children may be eligible for reduced fees.
Please note: some services are not fully covered by Medicare and may require out-of-pocket payment. Our reception team can provide a clear fee estimate prior to your appointment.
